The Personal Goals.
Today I read Charles Duhigg’s Smarter Faster Better from Blinkist about how we need a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) personal goals and think about the goals differently.
Apparently, this blink also mentioned about how we can be still motivated and be more creative with involving feeling and emotions. “Let emotions and intuition guide you”. Well, I should try this and break all the current one that I have right now because sometimes I lose my self motivation to reach my goals. Probably he’s right.
One paragraph that interesting me on ‘Enhance Your Team’ Performance’
I remembered one day my boss noticed me that I was really upset about work and he invited me to have a coffee next morning and ask about why I am so upset and how can he make me not upset anymore. I never know how he noticed about it. And when I ask him the answer was “I just knew it”.
So, there’s a gut to know that someone is upset then, without talking.
